Please read our Terms and Conditions. We want everyone to have an enjoyable time without exception;

• All events must be paid for in full at least 8 weeks in advance. Cancellations before this will receive a full refund minus the deposit amount. Cancellations after this period will not qualify for a refund. We recommend that travel insurance is taken at the time of booking to cover any unforeseen cancellations.
• In the unlikely event that trail Raiders has to cancel an event due to reasons out of our control we will restage the event at another date  and your payment will be carried over.
• Whilst every attempt is made to provide the accommodation of choice, there may be situations out of our control, especially whilst travelling abroad where alternative accommodation must be provided .
• We are a fully inclusive business and welcome everyone without exception. 
• Abusive, unruly and unlawful behaviour including hate speech and bullying will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate cancellation of your event without refund. In this situation you will become responsible for your own onward travel and accommodation at your own expense.
• All events are subject to a minimum number of attendees.
• Motorcycle hire is subject to the acceptance and terms and conditions of our insurers.
